WebPortal is multi-lingual, enabling you to easily create multi-lingual sites and portals using common page templates, content can automatically be translated using the various translation engines, and routed to the relevant person to review and update, before the content is approved and published. Once the content is approved, the workflow gives the content administrator the option of automatically posting to social media sites.

Integration with Multi-channel Distribution Management System (McDMS) provides analytics and insights based on the channel hierarchies. It can also be used to compute sales staff KPIs and income (commission). Each workflow automation process can be triggered by specified actions or lead scoring to route, update, notify and push to the back-end. Integration with Enterprise Product Configurator (EPC) maintains the master products that are used for the Choice Online Store (COS) and to distribute products to the consumers where they can have choice of guided sales or quick shopping cart approach.

Creating and managing campaigns is simple and you have the option to dynamically build target lists based on personas and lead scoring. The analytics ties CTAs back to campaigns, allowing you to see the drop-off points and refine the customer journeys. In additional the A/B Testing & Multi-variate testing can be used to test alternative pages to analyze the consumer engagement.
